For each search, the system checks whether additional connectors should be launched based on your configuration. If enabled, it sends the request and compares the result with the preferred connector: if the alternative fare is equal or better, it is selected; otherwise, the preferred connector remains. Currency adjustments are applied automatically when required to keep comparisons consistent.
