Unflown Tickets Report
Automatically detect unused tickets and retrieve structured reports.
The Unflown Tickets Report module identifies tickets that were not used after their flight segments have passed. Each month, the system generates a file indicating the airline and connector for every unflown ticket. An optional enhancement can also request the refund automatically and capture all unused taxes.

Once flight segments are completed, the system checks whether each ticket was flown or not. All unflown tickets are grouped into a monthly file for easy review and processing. If the auto-refund option is enabled, Lleego sends the request and retrieves the corresponding unused amounts without manual effort.
